This was sooo good. I hadn't tried Lasagna since I started dieting since it's usually extremely fattening. I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. It may have just become my favorite recipe. The only change I made was to add spinach after every cheese layer. Warning - Read all of the directions before starting or your will get confused.

Great recipe, i did no boil noodles because thats all i had available at home. I also increased the sauce and the meat ratio as well as the cheese and ricotta mixture accordingly. It was delicious 😋
