- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup tomato puree
- 1 1/2 cups water (depending on how thick you want it, more soup or stew)
- salt (to taste I added a pinch)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley (chopped fresh)
- 4 slices bread (thick Italian crust, grilled or plain)

Simple and delicious. I only had some fish, no mixture of seafood, but it was still really good.

We loved it!!! We used homemade prawn stock instead of water. It was simply to die for! We also used thinly sliced fresh basil as a topping. Will definitely make it again and again! 😋👍

Always modify everything I cook - I get that from my Mom ! Yes I will cook again !! Only Myself to cook for but a favorite I know when Having Guest next time ! Recipe is easy to follow and was delicious !
