Incredibly easy and fast - will definitely use it again! While it was simmering I prepared the enchilada filling and tortillas - Perfect!

SUPER good! I only had 8oz of tomato sauce, so I added 2 15oz cans of tomato soup. I didn't have paprika, so I subbed a personal seasoning blend and cut out the extra salt. I did need to add garlic salt at the end. Used this for chicken and deer enchiladas... HUGE hit!!!

Had 24 oz tomato sauce so I used 1 1/2 Tbl chili.
Used black-eyed peas left over and frozen for beans, tortillas, hamburger, and cheese, to make Mexican lasagne.

Super easy and yummy, even for the kids. Although I only had 16 oz tomato sauce so I used 16 oz tomato soup to make up the difference. Added a hit of sweet and was delicious!

So easy and so good. I added additional heat to it to make it more spicy and it came out great!

It was good! Very easy. I was lacking some items due to the coronavirus quarantine and sold out markets but I substituted sriracha sauce for chili powder and garlic powder for fresh garlic. Probably would have been another star if I’d had the right ingredients. Pretty good considering!

Delicious!!
I used onion powder instead of chopped onions. Turned out great! Would make again

I halved the recipe because I had one can of enchilada sauce so I used that for half the tomato sauce and halved all the spices as well. Really good!

Great tasting enchilada sauce! Much better flavor than others I have tried and very easy to make.

Delicious! I only used half the amount of chili powder as I dont like too spicey. Even my hispanic husband approved. Also a must for us gluten free prisoners!

I added a bit more chili powder because we like spicy! ❤️
