Really good and made almost entirely with ingredients I already had. I paired them with a potato salad and warm rolls. The cakes stayed together well after frying and the breadcrumbs browned nicely. They even had enough moisture that they didn’t want a sauce. When I make them again I might even add some more breadcrumbs for extra crunch
