OMG!! I have struggled with Hollandaise for years… double boiler…ugh. Always a little over-done and chunky! This was ridiculously easy and turned out perfect! I will never make this sauce again any other way!

If you use salted butter definitely do not add any salt. Way too salty. Also it was extremely rich so maybe just use four eggs. It still ended up being pretty easy.

Stunningly easy! Having made hollandaise, both for real and blender versions, this one tasted and had the mouth feel closest to the real thing. On top of that, the biggest problem hollandaise has is staying emulsified and not separating. A full hour after completing our meal, the stuff was as if it had just been finished. Outstanding.

This turned out great - but I was worried it wasn’t heated through enough to be warm to serve and I missed the microwave directions at the end, and microwaved it for 30 seconds, making it scramble slightly. I know next time though. It still had a great flavor!
