- 3/4 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 3/4 cup kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce (Garnish, optional)
- 4 cheese (rounded tablespoons shredded low-fat)
- 4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
