- 2 tsp. curry paste (I used Thai Red Curry Paste and 2 teaspoons)
- 2 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (use less if you are not a spicy person)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 14 oz. coconut milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or half and half)
- cooked white rice (for serving)

Delicious! I added a couple tablespoons of cream at the end before squeezing in the lemon, and I think that gave it better flavor/coloring. Will definitely make again!!

The preparation was quick and easy. I doubled the recipe, increased the chicken-to-sauce ratio, and kept the chicken breasts whole and then cut into chunks at the end. Really flavorful!
