This is an extremely easy Quiche. I actually add smoke Gouda, Swiss and cheddar. You can use any type of milk and it will work well. I also at times add bacon, mushrooms, and/or broccoli. Like another review stated add a dash of hot sauce and maybe some garlic.

Turned out great. Easy recipe and now a family favorite. Sometimes I add a handful of baby spinach and I also add a couple drops of Louisiana hot sauce.
