Easy and yummy! Omitted the jalapeños and added a dash of cayenne pepper! Also added some diced tomatoes! Very easy!

I add some nutritional yeast and fresh chopped garlic....Liquid Aminos instead of salt.... YUM

No. This is guacamole: avocados mashed with a fork, salt to taste, and a smidge of garlic powder to alter the flavor but not so much that it's consuming it. Start very small. Also lime juice works to keep it turning brown so easily but it's not vital. Try adding a smidge of mayo as well but not necessary. Onions if you must. But really the two vital ingredients in my opinion are salt and garlic powder. So, if this recipe doesn't work for you try it my way

For the best basic Guacamole all you need is onion, tomatoes, avacado, salt and a little lime or lemon juice.

This took 5 mins to whip together and was so good!! Had to use yellow onions as no red on hand but still loved the results.

It was great!! I used Himalayan Salt instead of regular salt and one red chili pepper instead of two!! Side note: be sure to get soft/ripped avocados.😉

Should use White Onion instead, but rinse them before putting it in to tame the flavor. More traditional Mexican guac.

This is an excellent way to make it. When I do it I use white onion and roasted, peeled, seeded poblanos. More trouble, but I usually have them in my freezer all winter, It's also a little milder with poblanos. Guacamole should always be kept simple.
