Delicious! For the paprika I used both smoked and sweet. I also added the zest of the lemon to the rub. I grilled on cedar planks.

Excellent but added a touch of Paul Prudhome’s “Blackened Redfish Magic and mayonnaise schmear” (grilling tip learned while in Bimini)
Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) is tasty but a little too bland
The schmear and a squeeze of lime completes the dish
