- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 head broccoli (450 g/1 lb)
- 8 tortillas (I used wholemeal flour tortillas, use your favourite)
- 1 cup mature cheddar (extra, freshly grated, or use your favourite cheese)
- 3 spring onions
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (fresh, and stalks)
- 1/4 cup jalapeños (pickled)
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt (I used full fat, you could also use sour cream)
