- 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled, I sometimes use reduced-fat feta, but the authentic sheep’s feta is the best!)
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. oregano (Greek)

Made with fresh from the garden tomatoes, cucumbers,oregano. Excellent salad. Great way to use fresh produce. Less is more. We'll be eating this a lot during the summer months. Every time I make this I love it more and more. Very happy mouth.
