Added carrot matchsticks, used sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms. Left out capers, feta and dill. Very good!

It was delicious. Easy to come home and make it while you're drunk. Nothing more to say.

i left out the onions, artichokes and capers (personal preference) i also substituted fresh tomatoes. SO GOOD! and so easy to make

LOVED the flavor. Roasted my own tomatoes because we had some that were about to go bad. Would use a different pasta next time, our fettuccine got clumpy and didn’t cook evenly. But definitely making it again!

I thought this meal was delicious. I left out some of the spices and capers (own personal preference). Drizzled sauteed mushrooms and artichokes with Kens Greek vinegrette and added more to the final product as needed. Instead of using canned tomatoes - I used roasted cherry tomatoes added to recipe after roasting ( whole cherry tomatoes - drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt and pepper - lined cookie sheet in oven at 425 for 15 -20 min until lightly brown and roasted) - much more flavorful than canned. Would taste great with store bought rotisserie chicken .
