LOVED the flavor. Roasted my own tomatoes because we had some that were about to go bad. Would use a different pasta next time, our fettuccine got clumpy and didn’t cook evenly. But definitely making it again!

I thought this meal was delicious. I left out some of the spices and capers (own personal preference). Instead of using canned tomatoes - I used roasted cherry tomatoes added to recipe after roasting ( whole cherry tomatoes - drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt and pepper - lined cookie sheet in oven at 425 for 15 -20 min until lightly brown and roasted) - much more flavorful than canned. Would taste great with store bought rotisserie chicken .
