- 1 cauliflower (Medium, cleaned and chopped into large florets)
- 1 large carrot (cleaned)
- 2 Tbsp. flour (I'm using glutenfree option)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (– for frying the koftas)
- 1 onion (Large, – chopped into small pieces)
- 1 tsp. garlic (Fresh, – crushed)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (– shredded)
- 6 bell pepper (Small Colored, – chopped into bite-size pieces)
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped into small pieces – OPTIONAL)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (– for Decoration, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (– I’m using tamari, as I’m making a glutenfree version)
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sugar (– You can use any sugar substitute)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch (Dissolved in 3 Tbsp water - Optional)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (Powder)
- salt (– As per taste)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (– For cooking)
