Rose beautifully. Initially, I wasn’t sure that I liked the taste, but now it reminds me of sourdough. Easy, tasty, simple bread with an easy-to-follow recipe, even with brain fog.

This is by far the best GF bread I’ve ever made!!! No need to try any other recipe... this one is the best!

I let the breadmaker do the mixing and it still turned great! I used the gf setting with a dark crust. Looking forward to customizing.
