- 1 cup dried dates
- 1/4 cup ginger (Crystalised)
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit (I used a combination of raisins, pineapple and apricots)
- 2 cups mixed nuts (I used a combination of of Brazil, almonds, walnuts and macadamias)
- 1 cup gluten free plain flour
- 1 tsp. mixed spice
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. spiced rum (Dark /, or brandy)
