This turned out excellent. I used one cup pancake mix, 1/2 cup coconut flour, and 1/2 cup almond flour. I was very low on butter, so added plain nonfat Greek yogurt and coconut oil. I used pumpkin pie spice rather than cinnamon and cocoa. Baked for 50 minutes.

Turned out so good!! I can’t even tell it’s gluten free. I added nutmeg and used King Arthur GF Flour.

This was so easy and turned out perfect! It doesn’t even taste gluten free! I used only three bananas (all I had), and only 1/2 tsp of vanilla (all I had) but it was great. This is my new favorite banana bread recipe.

My loaf container was too small lol
But great recipe very moist, I used regular sugar and flour, and vegetable oil instead of coconut oil came out supper yummy

I’ve made this a couple of times with almond flour (you have to add a bit of xantham gum) and it’s delicious!

DELICIOUS!!!!
I used 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour and 1 cup of almond meal. I replaced the oil with avocado oil. They were very moist and tasty!

This is the best gluten free banana bread I have made. Works best to bake in mini loaf pans. Delicious!

Excellent! Best banana bread I've made. I did swap 1 cup of the flour for 1 cup of almond meal and still came out great, but I did cook it for an additional 10 minutes.
