welll.... i tried cooking the minced garlic for 30 minutes , but within 15 mins the garlic got all crispy and brown... but luckily i do have an oil sieve that I used to seive the oil from garlic-oil mixture which i added to the butter-green pepper-chillies-diced tomatoe mix
it tasted delicious. Thanks for the recipe. Oh and my pasta were too buttery-oilve oil-y but im bad with measurements so thats on me!! it was still yummy. I used mozarella cheese as that was the only one I had. and i used oregano with salt and pepper.

I am a huge tomato sauce fan, but this still has enough of a tomato taste for me. Just make sure to cook garlic on low as instructed- the first time I made this I cooked the garlic at too high of a heat and it gave it a burnt taste. It came out great this time. I am looking forward to the leftovers!
