Sooo good! I substituted cilantro for the parsley and added more garlic. Delicious!

It was a hit! So simple and flavorful. I went a little heavier on the garlic. Yum. Served with pasta. Will try cheesy grits next time! I might even consider cilantro…

Quick, easy, delicious. Needed a quick recipe. Thought I'd give it a whirl. Easy to substitute greens: I used what I had: some fresh basil & spinach; dried parsley flakes. Tasted great. I can also imagine bending the recipe in different directions with oregano, cumin, and other spices / greens. I was probably heave on the lemon juice, too. No problem. Still delicious.
Definitely on the 'do again' list.

This was quick, easy and delicious. I added fresh grape tomatoes at the end and served over spaghetti squash. Will definitely make it again.

Amazing and easy. I would add cilantro instead of the parsley.(fresh cilantro with garlic and olive oil makes the greatest cooking smell)
