    Great! To get a nice sear make sure you get the the water moisture out of the scallops. Worked for me, and how can one go wrong with butter and garlic? Bon appetite!

    I ADDED SAGE & OLD BAY SEASONING WITH A RED ROASTED PEPPER STRIP TO TOP. GREAT TASTING COMBO. CAN PAN FRY OR BROIL EVERYONE JUST LOVED THEM AND WANT MORE !
