I make this weekly. This recipe is a great opportunity to throw in all of your meat and veggie leftovers from the week.

I think it turned out great. I doubled the portion due to the family size and wanting leftovers. I like it a lot but would love to try it with a different rice than the instant rice.

It was really good. I used my wok. I tilted the pan to one side to cook the eggs, then folded them into the rice. I enjoyed making this dish and will be making it this way again. Thanks

I shrunk the portions down since I was feeding two. Did 2 cups of Brown Rice (all i had) and it turned out pretty good. White rice would have been fluffier but I liked how this wasnt sticky. I also didnt wait for the rice to cool; I was in a rush to eat haha. In my opinion, it did not affect the final result. Overall, fairly good.

I love how easy this recipe is and my family loves it. A great quick and easy side dish.
Hi 5 years ago
first time making chinese, ever. needed a lot of salt, but maybe im too used to eating the actual restaurant version!
next time, i will scramble the egg, (maybe 4-5 instead of 2), and then add toward the end. didnt see the egg cook after pouring it into the mixture after adding the rice.
otherwise, i had thirds, and my son said it was really good. cant wait to make again!!
oh, and i used 2 boneless chicken breasts instead of 1 cup.. gotta have lots of meat!

Turned out great! Easy to make and I added peas as my veggie since they are my favorite!
