The recipe itself is great and can be modified in many ways. I didn’t have all of the ingredients so I winged it. I substituted purple onion slivers and celery plus it’s leaves for the spring onions, peas and carrots. I added slivered almonds for texture. I used togarashi pepper for heat. And cut up a few large shrimp for protein that were leftover frozen from a shrimp boil. This will be my base “go too” recipe. Kudos!

Easy and delicious. I followed the recipe step by step, didn't have basmati rice I used white rice. My husband likes it so much that I'm making it again and keeping it in my menu list.

Easy and delicious. Hubs loved it. Great way to use up leftover meat (I added leftover cut up pork chops.)

As advertised, very quick and easy. Not usually what I look for, but sometimes it's just what you need

Good, added a little leftover pork and cooked a couple shrimp. Used three eggs. Family liked, will make again.

It was great. I modified the recipe a bit by using garlic powder in place of garlic, coconut aminos, instead of fish and soy sauce and both butter and oil since that was what i had, it had a lovely taste.

Yum! Lots of great flavor, even without the oyster sauce. I had some leftover pork roast that I cut into small pieces and added. It was wonderful!

Wonderful! Added pan fried shrimp. Substituted rice wine vinegar for oyster sauce. Doubled the sauce. Will make it again and again and...

So delicious. We added white rice vinegar instead of oyster sauce because we prefer the former and it was still really good!
