    I left out the oyster sauce and the sesame oil, and it still tasted very great. However I made some modifications, I used 3 eggs instead of 2, I used a bit more soy sauce, because what the recipe called for wasn’t enough.

    Great! I left out the oyster sauce and the sesame oil...my guys didn’t care for those flavors. This is our favorite fried rice now!

    It turned out great! Because I didn't really follow the recipe. Well I did at 1st until it was super dry & under seasoned. I used about 2 1/2 cups of rice & it was still a lot. TO PREVENT YOUR RICE FROM STICKING AFTER IT'S DONE PUT ABOUT 1 TBSP OF PARKAY & MIX IT UP THEN REFRIGERATE IN A NICE SIZE CONTAINER OR BOWL SO IT HAS ROOM TO BREATHE also added chicken, pork(that i rotisserie in air fryer) & shrimp. Also needs way more than 2 eggs, I used 4 & still didn't seem enough. I didn't have green onions I used 1 chopped yellow onion. I didn't add any salt at all. I used regular sesame oil. I also used way more oyster sause & sesame oil than that. I strongly suggest that you follow the recipe 1st then taste when its done & add more things q little at a time & taste taste taste right after everything you add! This pic was taken right after i cooked it. The next day I had to re fry it(heat turned almost all the way up) with water, butter & more sesame oil. & it was fantastic!!

    This turned out excellent very easy to make, I did add shrimp which made it extra special. I had left over rice and shrimp so I will be making it again tonight and adding small ham squares. I’m really looking forward to that as well.

    Made this twice and it was very tasty! The nice thing is how easy it is to prepare, took about 20-30min to make. But you have to remember to cook the rice ahead of time. During my second time making, I sautéed mushrooms, onions, and garlic instead of shrimp.

    It was really good. I would use a low sodium option for the soy saice as it was way to salty. We also substituted cauliflower rice for regular rice and it was still ver good.
