    super easy to make!! personally, I'm not a fan of the using butter in this recipe as i think the flavor profile was perhaps a bit too rich? next time, I'll try this with peanut oil!

    Easy to make and pretty tasty. I didn't have oyster sauce, but I thought it needed a little more salt. Everyone in the family enjoyed it!

    It turned out great! I used leftover pilaf for the rice, that was a little soggy, but the stir-fry quickly dried it out. Yum!!!

    Nice rice, I will make again. It gave me the classic fried rice taste I was craving. This was my first time making fried rice and it is so nice to know I can make it at home. I don't know if I wasn't measuring things correctly but after I prepped all the ingredients, sauteed the garlic then added the veggies and started adding the rice it seemed like the recipe was calling for way too much rice relative to the other ingredients. So I cut it down to about one third of the rice the recipe called for and it turned out great. I will double check and play around with that next time.

    Pretty basic, very quick and easy, used leftover rice and a yellow onion instead of green. Threw some spring greens at the end and just wilted, and I used frozen mixed veggies instead of just peas and carrots. Didn't have any oyster sauce on hand so just added extra sesame oil. Pretty tasty for something so simple.

    It turned out fantastic!! I’ll will use this recipe for good in the future, with no intention of changing anything. It’s easy to add beef, chicken or pork as well and still get the same great tasting result. It just ends up a main dish instead of just a side. Add some soy sauce to serve...and bam!

    turned out great, i used too much rice since i had about an extra cup of prepared rice so it wasnt as flavorful as it would have been had i follwed the directions. this will be a recipe i use again. so simple and quick to prepare.
