My daughter loves the French onion soup at Outback Steakhouse and has been begging me to make it. Well, it turned out too good and she asks for it weekly. So delicious!

Soup is/was wonderful. I made it today and enjoyed it tonight. I used a RedBlend, forget the cooking wine. I always cook with a wine I would drink. As a matter of fact, we enjoyed the Wine with the Soup and the Main Course. The Soup was very beefy and had a taste of sweetness, as I slighty browned the Garlic too before deglazing the pot. wonderful!
