- 1 flatbread (either Joseph’s Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Lavash or Cut da Carb)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (Ragu, or zero point marinara sauce)
- 1/4 cup light mozzarella (I use Pantry Market from Target)
- 15 turkey pepperoni (I use Hormel Turkey Pepperoni)
- pepper flakes (dash of crushed, for taste)
