I followed the recipe. I liked the heat of the cayenne. One tsp was good for us. My new favourite rib recipe!

It’s a great recipe but the technique is what makes these delicious. The parchment paper keeps them really moist.

I truly enjoyed them. Very tender. We added onions and Kansas city barbecue sauce. It's great for a party.

Tried this without the baking stage and just did a straight grill and it came out pretty good! Rub is basic but came out very tasty! Adding this one to my recipe collection

This was delicious! We cooked around 3 lbs of ribs in the oven for 2.5 hours and then grilled. Reduced cayenne and increased brown sugar. I doubled the dry rub.

It just kept falling off the bone. I just forked the meat and sucked the bone. Top notch ribs. Competition ready. Will repeat repeat repeat recipe. Both thumbs up!!!
