    This was delicious! We cooked around 3 lbs of ribs in the oven for 2.5 hours and then grilled. Reduced cayenne and increased brown sugar. I doubled the dry rub.

    It just kept falling off the bone. I just forked the meat and sucked the bone. Top notch ribs. Competition ready. Will repeat repeat repeat recipe. Both thumbs up!!!
