These are excellent drop biscuits. So easy to make. No reason to ever buy the canned biscuits. Thank you for another great recipe.

Perfect! My first time making biscuits. I’m usually not a fan but these turned out better than most restaurant’s I’ve had.

I've made these a few times now. With proper tools (a food processor) and without (just hand mixing), both came out fine, but the food processor version comes out much smoother from the nicely blended butter.

Added 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. chopped basil, and a clove of garlic in the butter I brushed on top after baking. my family loved them perfect recipe.

I added pepperoni bits and mozzarella to the mix, salt was reduced to 1/4 because I used salted butter. Whole milk was substituted for buttermilk.......the biscuits turned out great 👍🏻 buttery aroma, soft inside yet crunchy outside.
    So easy and perfect!!!

They were great! Made a buttermilk substitute using milk, lemon juice and cream of tartar. Next time I may add some rosemary and sprinkle with sea salt while still warm!
