I added the 2 Tb chopped green onion and 1/2 c shredded cheese. Made my own buttermilk: 1 Tb apple cider vinegar + 1 c milk (a splash of whipping cr in there). Crispy on the outside and fluffy, buttery inside.

I needed to cook for a little less time. My plan is to make these again and add some cheese.

Super easy to throw together in the morning giving the family warm homemade biscuits to enjoy for breakfast on the weekend. Also, easy for the little ones to help put these together too which is a bonus! Biscuits come out nice and crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy inside.

These are excellent drop biscuits. So easy to make. No reason to ever buy the canned biscuits. Thank you for another great recipe.

Perfect!
My first time making biscuits. I’m usually not a fan but these turned out better than most restaurant’s I’ve had.

I've made these a few times now. With proper tools (a food processor) and without (just hand mixing), both came out fine, but the food processor version comes out much smoother from the nicely blended butter.

Added 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. chopped basil, and a clove of garlic in the butter I brushed on top after baking. my family loved them
perfect recipe.

I added pepperoni bits and mozzarella to the mix, salt was reduced to 1/4 because I used salted butter. Whole milk was substituted for buttermilk.......the biscuits turned out great 👍🏻 buttery aroma, soft inside yet crunchy outside.

They turned out great!!! Used whole milk instead of buttermilk, but they turned out great!

They were great! Made a buttermilk substitute using milk, lemon juice and cream of tartar. Next time I may add some rosemary and sprinkle with sea salt while still warm!

They were very good. I used regular milk instead of buttermilk and they were fine.

Whenever I look for a recipe on Yummly, if I see that the Pioneer Woman has a version, hers is the one I always choose! These are tasty, straightforward recipes with a big flavour payoff. The drop biscuits are dead easy and super delicious. I wasn't surprised!
