Tasted very grainy. I used brown rice flour. I bought a different type of gluten free flour and will try it again.

Using a standard gram measurement For the type of flour I am using, of 120 g per cup, this recipe came out way too thin I overfilled the muffin cups to about half and they rose so much that they ended up falling in the oven . I will make them again but use 140 g per cup of flour and see how it turns out
12/25 this time I used 140 g of flour per cup, It was still too thin.Then I added an extra 40 g so this recipe ended up taking 320 g of flour
I will be taking this recipe out of Miami’s it never does tase as good as I am looking for
