This is one of the first bread recipes I ever made. Without a mixer, it comes out like biscuit-breed (still delicious.) With a mixer it’s a smash hit! When you sub .25 cup less water and flour with .25 cup sour dough starter it’s um.... freaking AWESOME. Kudos to an easy and reliable recipe!

Delicious! At first, the dough was very sticky so I ended up using around 3 cups of flour. I also had to bake it for 50 min with lid and 20 min without the lid but it turned out great.
