This recipe as it stands is good, quick & easy. If you have a little more time, I recommend dicing up some onion and celery and using diced gold potatoes (instead of the hash browns) as an addition. Adds a little more flavor. Great find!

Great! I'll definitely make it again. I had to substitute cream of chicken for cream of mushroom but it was still tasty!

5 stars(I can't get all 5 stars to come up)This was very simple and tasty. I used leftover potatoes from a cookout instead of frozen. I will definitely make again.

Made this so i would have lunches at work. Tastes great. I added 2 cups cheese and the rest of the bacon when i added in the cream cheese. Reheats great.

Very good and easy to make. Even my picky eater loved it. I used the refrigerator cut up potato hash browns instead of the frozen and I think next time I am going to melt the cream cheese first. There were still lumps of cream cheese after two hours of cooking and stirring. However, overall it was very good.

I really enjoyed this dish. It was very easy to make. I used a package of Potatoes O’Brien. I think I liked it even better reheated the next day.

This was so easy and delicious. I almost never find a recipe that everyone in the family likes, but they all asked for seconds of this soup. I only had reduced fat cream cheese but it still turned out great. I don't see any reason to use the full fat version. I thought this would turn out fine, but was really surprised by how tasty this was! I will be making this again!
