- 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns (cracked)
- 28 oz. tomatoes with juice (can chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar (regular sugar is fine too)
- 3 beets (medium, peeled and diced)
- 1 potato (peeled and diced)
- 4 cups beef stock
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (finely)
