- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 7/8 ounce brown gravy mix (some packets range to 1 oz, and that's still ok to use)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onions (small, diced, about ⅓ cup)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon corn starch (mixed with 1 Tablespoon water, you can also use 2TB of flour with ¼ cup water)
- egg noodles (or mashed potatoes, prepared.)

It came out great. The gravy was delicious and went perfectly with the homemade mashed potatoes I made. The only thing I didn’t like was that the beef tips just tasted like a regular pot roast with gravy. Don’t get me wrong it did taste great, I was just expecting or wanting a different taste to the meat.

Great! Tender, flavorful, my husband had mashed spuds, I had rice. With a salad and peas, we were very pleased, will make it again!

Overall just okay. Gravy remained thin. Very bland, I added Weber steak and chop seasoning to add more flavor and topped with parmeasean. Next time I will add more spices in the beginning.

I love this!! It’s the best way to get tender beef tips. I’ve made it as written & it was delicious. But I’ve also tried some of the suggestions others left. One of my favorites was adding onion soup mix and little extra beef broth.

It was okay - not as much flavor as I was expecting. Will try adding a few spices to jazz it up next time. Gravy took a bunch more thickening agent then the recipe said. Not ready to give up on this one yet, but definitely was not wowed with my initial attempt.

came out a billion times better than i could have even guessed! the flavor was very savory but not in a way that felt like overpowering flavory but in a way that felt like slow cooked stew meat that would be perfect with some extra salt. i really really enjoyed this even though this wasnt the meal i imagined being one of my favorites for the week. my kids 2 and 6 both enjoyed it as well! definitely going to keep this one as a staple.
