This is so good! I add onion and sometimes different beans to get more out of it. Will keep making this a very year!

Delicious, family loved it, only I doubled it and used three cans of tomatoes. Easy to make!

Huge hit with our friends on a camping trip loved that I could let it cook all day and just serve it up with some cilantro, shredded cheese and tortilla strips. Will make again.

Taste great. Made as recipe states. Will make again but next time add a can of chicken breast to make more liquidy otherwise it was a bit dry/ creamy in consistency

I cooked this in my dutch oven. Shot of olive oil then add onions and garlic. Put in spices, cooked chicken, and all other other ingredients except for cream cheese. Bring to soft boil and then add in cut up softened cream cheese until melted on low heat. Delicious!

This is amazing!! I make this about every 2 weeks. Serve with jalapeño cheesy cornbread and it is sooo good. Even my picky child loves it.

It turned out great! I would definitely make it again. I doubled the cumin, chili powder and onion powder. I also added one half chicken breast, one chopped green pepper, an extra can of Rotel undrained, corn drained, tapatio, and cayenne pepper. Also served it with cornbread

I love how little prep there is! I used canned chicken since that’s what I had on hand. A great meal for a cozy night in. Very flavorful!

The whole family loved it. My son has already asked for it again. Simple recipe with great results.

This was super simple to make and was delicious. Followed the directions exactly the first time - was, as I said, delicious. The second time I doubled the batch where I used canned roasted sweet corn, Rotele tomatoes with green chilis, one sliced jalapeno seeded for the double batch, dried cilantro and Mexican oregano; I also lightly browned the chicken on both sides - this was spectacular!

This is a family favorite! Waiting for a little cooler weather and this will be weekly meal! Yum!

Pretty good. I added a lot more spices in the beginning and used canned not frozen vegetables as well as a beef bouillon cube (for half the serving size listed originally.) i also added a cup of heavy creme at the end while it cooled and a decent chunk of butter.

I originally found this recipe in a magazine years ago but lost it and found this version. Super easy and yummy! My modifications are - no ranch seasoning and I usually start with frozen chicken breasts so I can toss it in the crock pot before work (I work afternoons) and it’s ready when I get home

Wonderful texture and super easy to make. We put it in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes on high and it came out perfect!
