I use this recipe to cook chicken for fast future meals through out the week. Makes great chicken tacos, chicken salad or top a green salad for a perfect lunch.

- 32 oz. chicken stock (organic)
- chicken breasts (Frozen organic, and/or thighs, 6-8 pieces)

Directions
- Add frozen chicken and broth to crock pot, cook on low 8=10 hours. May add your favorite seasonings for additional flavor.
- Shred chicken with fork and place in separate baggies for future meals. Can store in refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
