Delicious! I made this last night. I didn’t have Italian seasoning but I added dried basil and omitted the paprika and it was so good I’m ready to make it again tonight!

I made this OH SO delicious chicken tonight! I used a garlic herb olive oil to rub on the chicken which added more flavor but stuck with all the original spices but I doubled the amounts since I had 5 pounds of chicken thighs. I baked for 45 minutes and everyone loved it! My brother even took his dinner roll and dipped it in the pan juices instead of using butter! Definitely a keeper and will make it again! Oh and it was super easy to make!

Love the cooking method - mine turned out perfectly crispy on the outside, moist inside. I baked for 40 minutes, turned oven off and left chicken in for about 20 minutes.
Change the spices any way you'd like, but keep the cooking instructions - spot on!

This is my faveourite way to do thighs right now. Quick and easy and pairs well with wild rice.

Nice recipe. A couple of the larger thighs were a bit undercooked, but the rest were fine. Would cook a bit longer next time.

It was great. Super easy and delicious my husband loved it. I added 1 teaspoon lemon pepper because I didn’t have onion powder. Will definitely be making this again.

I used my own seasoning mixture (my favorite things in the cabinet) & different types of oil because I ran out of olive oil in the middle of rubbing down my chicken but this came out phenomenally! I’ve never cooked bone in chicken before (besides chicken wings last week) so I was afraid it wouldn’t be done so left it in the oven for about an hour but it was still great! **also instead of making a rub for storage I just sprinkled the individual seasonings on the actual chicken so I wouldn’t waste any seasoning. **

So easy and so goooood!! I make the rub in a big batch, and keep it in a small Tupperware dish, so I don’t have to keep making it every time. My kids and I love it!
