It turned out great! Quite light and delicious! I cancelled out the sugar so I was able to make both savory and sweet crepes with the same batch!

I made this for breakfast for my family and they loved it, in their words, “it tasted very good”. It was very easy to make and to cook. I also recommend a cream cheese filling and fruit sauce to go with the crêpes since they went so well with ours.

It was a little sweeter than my preference, but it browned nicely and was easy to make!
