Turned out well. As a single dad and a slightly better than novice cook, this was fast, easy, and tasty. I served it over a bed of rice.

this was amazing. i made the mistake of using babybel cheese, so it didnt melt all the way but the flavor was amazing. will definitely make again!

I really enjoyed this! Made it for a meal prep to last my husband & me four meals, & it was delicious every single time. I did add a little bit of garlic, but that was the only change I made. I will definitely make it again.

This was great! I used babybel cheese and I don’t think it melted the way Laughing Cow would. Next time I’ll try LC

It did turn out really good. Made exactly as directed but was a little worried when i added the broth and cheese. I was using a nonstick pan, turned the heat down to medium low as directed. Even though it was bubbling, it took the sauce more like 15 minutes to smooth out and thicken and still had bits of cheese in it, which was fine. Halfway thru this step, I turned the fire up which helped. Didn't want the chicken to overcook and it may have a little. Even so, delicious.

It was super easy and delicious. Used laughing cow Swiss wedges and the white cheddar wedges. Family loved it!

The basic recipe is excellent, if not as cheesy as I, personally, would prefer. However, the thing I LOVE LOVE LOVE about it is that it is one of those recipes that I can make my very own by tweaking seasonings, cheese amounts and types, and adding different veggies. I'll be experimenting with this one a LOT, which is one of the best things I can say about a recipe!

It was great with mashed potatoes! Family ate it up. I will be making it again.

Quick, simple and great tasting! I added a little bit of cajun seasoning with the salt and pepper just for a bit more flavor. I will definitely make again (great recipe for camping-easy & minimal ingredients for packing cooler). I will also experiment with other laughing cow cheese wedge flavors - bet it would be very tasty!

Very good but next time I make it I’ll try to up the flavor factor. It was a smidge bland even with the salt and pepper. Chicken was VERY moist though.

Really tasty and easy. I added a little Herbs de Provence and frozen peas, and served over rice. Will make this again.

Pretty easy. Mine took about 20 minutes to thicken up, but overall easy and delish.

My husband loved it. Super easy to make, I pair it with sautéed zucchini and baked sweet potatoes. Will make extra next time.
