This recipe was delish! I followed everything, except I used fresh broken up broccoli that I partially steamed and then I dumped it into the soup and simmered it for about an hour. Then removed the soup from the heat, and mixed in the cheese. I didn't run it through the blender, but it turned out perfectly and my husband loved it!
