    It’s great! Creamy and delightful. I had cream and butter on hand, so that’s what I used, plus a little dab of bacon grease. Yum!

    It was yummy, but you really need to COOK the frozen corn first. When I add ted the “Thawed” corn to the cream mix, my corn was barely warm and I needed to microwave it for a few minutes! Otherwise, it was a hit!

    Mother use to cook bacon and use it instead of the butter to cook the corn in. This gave it a really good flavor!!

    Pretty good as is, however I always tweak recipes a tad. I added some American cheese slices and shredded Italian blend cheese. I stirred them in while pan was still on the stove. The family LOVED it!
