- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar ({confectioner's sugar})
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a floured surface, roll out your puff pastry to smooth seams. Using a pizza cutter, cut into squares. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Slowly blend in powdered sugar and mascarpone.
- Top puffs with cream and use another to create a sandwich, if desired.
