It is a very quick and easy meal to prepare, I added a little more cheese and some seasoning. Very good.

It was delicious and very easy to make. I browned the chicken first and then took it out of the pan and did the rest of the recipe and then added the chicken and juices back in the pan. Will definitely make again.

It neede some spices added to it. I added nutmeg and paprika. Which are great compliments to a white sauce. Otherwise I really enjoyed this recipe and will make again

Really hard to sear the chicken when you have onions and mushrooms in the pan already. However the taste was super good. Actually wilted some Swiss chard at the last couple of minutes, then tossed it altogether than sprinkled with mozzarella. Quick and fast, loved the creamy sauce.

second time making, I love it. added a little pepper flakes for some spice. used mixed chicken parts, bone in. served it with fresh salad. my boyfriend went into the pot for seconds! he loves cheese.

I made this this evening for my son and myself and it was both delicious and easy to make. I had to free style a bit on the measurements for 2 but it came out well.
I am about to go through the Empty Nest thing so I’m adding this to my list of easy meals for 1....more free styling.
Just to add that I do not mind scrolling down to the recipe as I really enjoy your tips etc

I added more chicken, a whole 8oz block of cream cheese and a lite spicy seasoning called Slap Yo Mama! This is a fantastic recipe that can be tweaked to your liking!! Spinach and feta would be a great alternative!

I changed a bit the order, searing the chicken and setting aside first to ensure that I would get good browning on the meat. I also added half a teaspoon of corstarch to the sauce to help thicken it but I'm not sure if it actually did anything. The flavor was amazing and I will definitely make it again some time in the future.
