- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

- 1 tsp. ginger (grated or minced)
- 3 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (Gluten-free if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (Gluten-free if needed)
- 2 tsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar (or lime juice)
- 2 tsp. chili garlic paste (such as Sambal Oelek or Sriracha, optional but recommended)
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable stock (to loosen sauce)
