- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk (warmed)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Crisco® Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil

Directions
- COMBINE flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
- WHISK eggs, milk and vanilla in medium bowl until blended. Add egg mixture and coconut oil to dry ingredients. Whisk just until combined.
- BAKE in waffle maker following manufacturer's directions. Top with fresh fruit and warm syrup, as desired.
