Perfectly mediocre. I thought something was wrong when the patty didn’t want to hold together so I made a separate batch as well .
They both cooked fully, although the soda burger still fell apart easily, and in the end it had less taste than the regular thing. More steps but less taste isn’t a great recipe, but at least it didn’t taste “bad.”
