This was a great meal I made this with my girlfriend and we both loved it. I tweaked the recipe a little bit I added a little more sugar to taste although I would recommend doing this at the end of the instructions for the sauce before it has time to cool. Furthermore for the duck breast I used some garlic pepper (pre-seasoned) duck breast which I thought went very well with the sauce. Served with mashed potato.
