Yummy! I made it with turmeric rice. I will definitely start making this regularly

With some modifications, this is one of our go-to dinners. I double the spices (and add salt), and after adding the chickpeas, I add some vegetable or stock and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, slowly adding in more stock to keep it liquid enough, until the chickpeas get to the consistency and flavor I want. I forgot the spinach the first time I made it, remembered the second time, and think I like it better without spinach. Will try some other veggies.

This is a winner at our house. So easy and the flavors are delicious. I added a can of canned chicken for some added Protein.

Just started eating- the flavors are wonderful. I used fire roasted tomatoes and some leftover tomato sauce.

i enjoyed it thoroughly. Daughter thought there was too much tomato. I added Sriracha the next day for some really good kick

Not quite enough for 4 Servings. I'll try adding maybe another half a can of tomatoes next time.

It turned out well. The taste was flavorful and I do plan on making it again. I took off one star because the preparation in the ingredients list didn’t match exactly what was stated in the recipe directions. Make sure you read the directions first. That being said, I did enjoy it and placed over rice.
