Turned out great. We used an Israeli couscous that had an olive oil and garlic flavor packet. We think that added a bit of flavor. We also baked our own chicken. We were really pleased with how it turned out and would make it again.

Easy to make! I made the following changes: seasoned my chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. When adding the cous cous, I added 3 (vs 2) cups broth, zest from 1 lemon, and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper. I plan to serve it with feta cheese. Turned out SUPER DELICIOUS!!!!

It was awesome. Easy, quick, real no-brainer. And my sons loved it. Will have to try some variations since this was too easy to be a one-off. :)

So good and super easy. Make sure to consider cooking time on the chicken or to get a rotisserie one.

Absolutely Fabulous recipe! Reminds me of chicken noodle soup, without being soupy. Thanks for sharing!!

Very easy recipe to follow. It wasn’t my favorite, but, it was a quick meal to make for dinner. I also added onions.

Tried this recipe last night..it turned out great! Such an easy dish to make..I bought pre chopped celery & onions. Chopped up some baby carrots. Will definitely be making this again.

Made this for dinner last night, it was a huge hit! Would definitely cook veggies down a little longer than suggested to soften them up more. I used Bob's Red Mill tri-color couscous (gave it a sweeter taste than I expected), sautéed chicken separately in lemon-infused olive oil before adding to skillet, added a little white cooking wine in addition to chicken stock and added parsley at the end as well. Could definitely use a little more seasoning (turmeric, celery salt, oregano) or an acid (lemon juice or diced tomatoes) in my opinion, but overall an easy and filling dish.
