- 1 box wild rice mix (Long Grain, I use Uncle Ben’s, which is currently 6oz, makes 2.5 cups of cooked rice)
- 12 oz. chicken breast (drained)
- 15 oz. green beans (drained)
- 10.75 oz. cream of celery soup (reduced fat)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (or chopped cashews or chopped water chestnuts or even chopped celery for a little crunch)
- 6 oz. wild rice blend (long grain, I use Uncle Ben's which makes 2.5 cups cooked rice)
- 12 oz. chicken breast (drained)
- 15 oz. green beans (drained)
- 10.75 oz. cream of celery soup (reduced-fat, or cream of chicken or mushroom)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (I used chopped cashews)
