- 2 cans beef broth (10.5- ounce, or cartons, I use Campbell’s brand beef consomme)
- 2 cans lower sodium chicken broth (10.5- ounce, or cartons,)
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. red chile powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce (bottle, such as A-1)
- 15 oz. black beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
- 3 cups chicken (cooked and shredded, from one rotisserie chicken)
- 10 corn tortillas (or more cut into strips)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar (Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend cheese)
- lime wedges
- chopped cilantro
- sour cream
- avocado (Diced or Sliced)
