Added a lot of extra seasoning and rice.
Was okay. The kids didn’t really care for it or eat it well.

Delicious and quick..I cheated a little and used enchilada sauce. Family enjoyed it

super easy, super good. I made 8 meals worth and will look forward to eatting evey last drop. Used left over grocery store rotessory chicken. they used enough salt that I didn't have to add any.
