    Too much sauce, add it slowly to make sure it doesnt get soupy, I may use half next time. i used half the ginger and the giner was a strong flavor. Play with the measurements.

    This was pretty easy to make, and enjoyed by the family. As a rule, we routinely use bnless/sknlss chx thighs because brst are just too dry.
